Featured Basement Renovation
Summary
This basement build out was a lot of fun. When you have 9’ ceilings in a basement and a large open area, that’s when your imagination can run wild! Our clients here wanted a gym area, steam shower, eating area, kitchenette, bedroom and entertainment area. We were lucky here tp have room for it all! We started with realizing that we needed more light in the basement. So all existing windows were cut lower into basement. This was a great start! We gave a lot of thought to longevity as usual, so we opted to use Luxury Vinyl floors in the basement. The bathroom turned out spectacular! Layout was also very important. So we kept the bedroom and storage areas away from the main areas. We are happy to report this family is loving and enjoying this space!

That’s what we were able to capture here. A great little living room for watching movies. wet Bar area for whatever suits your pallet. Full washroom and laundry area. With ensuite bathroom inside the bedroom area. This basement provides quite a bit of use and versatility!
