We definitely had fun in this main floor project! Sometimes you buy a property and you like the bones. You like some aspects of the features and decor. But your stamp is not quite there. You plan to make that upgrade later down the line. While trying to personalize the home, you want to absorb as much of the inherited decor as possible for the sake of not being wasteful and to help with cost as much as possible. This can be very difficult. I must say that this was achieved in this renovation though. No major walls had to come down and some of the previous Millwork and features were just painted. Working closely with the homeowners and always sharing knowledge with them so they can make educated choices and know their options always gets you a result like this. One you can be very proud of.
