This Historic Victorian gem in Old Milton underwent a full-scale transformation — stripped down to the studs with all-new framing, a custom addition, and complete basement underpinning and excavation. A true heritage revival, this project put the full depth of our craftsmanship and experience to the test. The result? Timeless Victorian charm, reimagined through modern luxury, smart home technology, and meticulous design — honoring the past while building a smarter, more sophisticated future.

This full transformation brought new life to a bright, low-rise condo with spectacular views and oversized windows. Originally an industrial building, the space offered amazing potential—but also unique challenges. With clients living abroad, much of the collaboration happened virtually. We reimagined the layout with a bold blue kitchen, 12-foot custom millwork, and new appliances tailored to the space. We also resolved tricky ventilation issues and redesigned access to the bathroom from both the principal and main living areas—all while ensuring the interior matched the beauty and openness of the view.

This full-home transformation in Vaughan began with a vision for open flow and modern function. The family had just moved in and needed a renovation that balanced style, storage, and long-term livability. We reimagined the layout with engineered adjustments, custom millwork, white oak floors, and built-in appliances. The staircase was refinished with matching wood and iron details, while the kitchen, powder room, ensuite, and laundry were all upgraded with designer touches. Behind the scenes, we corrected hidden issues, upgraded electrical service, and added an EV charger—ensuring the home looks as good as it performs.

This main floor transformation brought a fresh, farmhouse-contemporary feel to a North Toronto home for a young professional family. Working alongside their designer, we reimagined the space by removing a dated two-way fireplace, overhauling the kitchen and powder room, and upgrading finishes throughout. Highlights included a custom gas fireplace surround in white oak, seamless integration of original plaster crown moulding, herringbone tile in the foyer, and high-gloss black refinishing of the existing staircase. The result is a cohesive, high-functioning space—thoughtfully crafted for modern family living.
